Manufactured in Full Accoya.
Accoya is engineered wood and goes through a process called acetylation, which changes the wood so it absorbs far less moisture. This makes it extremely stable and durable, with much less swelling, shrinking, twisting or rotting than conventional timber.
For Landmark, the main benefits are excellent durability, dimensional stability, a long service life, and a great surface for painted finishes. It’s particularly good for moving or exposed components such as window sashes, casements and doors.
Accoya itself carries warranties of 50 years above ground and 25 years in ground/freshwater contact.
Ability to match any Special Colour.
At Landmark, your windows and doors can be finished in virtually any colour, allowing them to perfectly complement your property.
We can colour-match to leading paint collections including Farrow & Ball and Little Greene, as well as the full RAL colour range. Whether you’re looking for a traditional heritage shade, a contemporary statement colour, or something completely bespoke, we can create a factory-applied finish to suit your design.
All products are professionally spray-finished in our workshop, providing a smooth, consistent and durable finish.
